Residential and Commercial Drain Cleaning and Line Rehabilitation

Root intrusion is one of the most common causes of drainage problems. Roots are able to infiltrate your service line through factory joints and cracks in the pipe. Once roots are established in your service line other debris from drains and toilet water tend to collect on the roots making it difficult for water to pass by. Clay pipe is especially vulnerable to root intrusion.
Whether your problem lies within your household plumbing or in the service line leading to your septic tank or city's sanitary sewer CSS can get the water flowing again!

Most homes built prior to 1970 face the distinct challenges associated with aging infrastructure, plumbing in particular. Cast iron pipe, although still used occasionally today, was a plumbing standard for many homes since the inception of indoor plumbing. Cast iron was chosen for its sturdiness and longevity however even it is prone to the test of time. As cast iron ages the barrage of chemicals, toxic gases, and acids take its toll. The inside of the pipe oxidizes and the buildup of scale forms eventually leading to slow flow and line restrictions. That's where CSS comes in. We utilize a tool referred to as a chain snake to rehabilitate and breath new life into old aging cast iron. Our chain snake utilizes carbide tipped chain whips spinning at up to 2200 rpms to chew up and remove scale and mineral buildup that has happened over time. In many cases we're able to restore old lines to their original capacity, saving our customers time and money!
